kinbaku-bi ni jigoku

performance :

three [ 3 ] etages of performance: first, artful binding using simple yet visually intricate patterns, usually with several pieces of thin 6mm natural hemp rope. the aesthetics of the bound person's position being important: in particular, japanese bondage being notorious for its use of asymmetric positions to heighten the psychological impact of being bound. second, aktual performance itself presented as a "performance art installation" using transulcent screens, bodily fluids, disturbing light, smoke, and music : extreme bondage ++ data. finally, superimposed upon conceptual imagery, dripping in blood, bound into submission, model is suspended [or partially suspended] and presented as DNA skulpture.

guerrilla kinbaku :

within the social atmosphere/framework of many fetish events, industrial dance parties and nightclubs - several routinely on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedule - a form of kinbaku-bi ni jigoku is practiced utilizing the inherent architecture of the establishment for the purpose of industrial rope bondage. piping, fixtures, furniture and/or anything at all which can be used to safely bound [and often blindfold] willing models. terro.chik has come to develop a certain notority in this area of japanese rope art.

willing to participate with interested, knowledgeable and professional fotographers for gallery and/or portfolio work. the simplicity or complexity of the actual bondage directly related to the fotographers intent/concept and therefore negotiable. more experimental ideas are always considered and a subjekt of personal ongoing interest.
